Winter Yoga Nov 15 – Dec 8, 2021 in Bear River

I’m looking forward to teaching the next 4 week session of yoga classes at the Oakdene Centre, starting Monday!
As always, all levels of experience and ability are very welcome and accommodated.

There will be two classes offered a week in both Gentle Flow Yoga (slower-paced, beginner level) and the Intermediate/Advanced Vinyasa Flow Yoga (faster paced, more challenging).

MONDAY evenings:

Gentle Flow Yoga-6:30-7:30 p.m.
Vinyasa Flow (Intermediate/Advanced): 8 – 9:15 p.m.

WEDNESDAY mornings:
Vinyasa Flow (Intermediate/Advanced): 9 a.m. – 10 a.m..
Gentle Flow Yoga- 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.

COVID protocols will be in place, with masks worn upon entering the Oakdene and the gym, and masks taken off when you are on your mat. Mats are spaced 6 ft. apart (with tape on the floor as guidelines). Proof of double vaccination required.
