Please join us to celebrate a woman who has given so much to this community. We are honoring Carol Dibble who championed this project at both the municipal and federal levels, and forged partnerships with many greenhouse supporters and helpers along the way.

Her own experience as an organic home gardener has fueled her passion for ‘growing your own’. With this project, Carol continues to share that passion with new and seasoned gardeners in Bear River.

We want to honour Carol, not only for her unwavering determination and commitment to the development of the greenhouse and waterfront, but also for all the years of work and enthusiasm that she has selflessly dedicated to our community.
