Spend some time nurturing yourself in a beautiful natural area.
We do yoga in a round windowed room with a crackling central hearth overlooking the rapids of the Mersey River. We will explore creativity, movement, yoga, meditation, somatics, group sharing. There will also be some free time to hike, use kayaks or canoes, walk the labyrinth, rest, journal, chat with friends. Your fee includes Shared Accommodation in Cabins or lodge room, 6 gourmet vegetarian meals starting Friday evening, full yoga healing program and use of the facility.
