Spring Yoga starts April 11

Spring Yoga Session with Julie Palmer starts Thurs. Apr. 11th, 6 pm, Oakdene Centre, 10-week session for $100 or Drop-in for $13.  All Levels welcome.
Poses for Stretching and Strengthening, Breathing and Meditation Exercises, Relaxation. Mats, CD and DVD available.
 Julie has 20 years teaching experience and 1000+ hours training including Yoga for Pregnancy and Yoga for Osteoporosis.  Classes also in Annapolis Royal.
