Yoga Classes – March 7-28, 2013 (4 sessions) Thursdays @ 10-11:30 am, with Amy Rubin Flett @ Oakdene Centre, Bear River. $40/session, $12 drop-in (bursary and trade spots available) Contact Amy to register at 467-0469 or Amy has 15 years teaching experience as a certified Kripalu yoga instructor. She has also had training in Kum Nye (Tibetan) yoga and yin yoga, and combines elements from these disciplines in her classes.

Women’s Self-Defense Classes $ 50.00 (for 10 classes) Start Date: Sunday, March 10 , 12:30 – 1:30 pm @Band Hall   – 130 Reservation Road, Bear River First Nation Community. Who Really Killed Annie Kempton? A presentation by Dr. Debra Komar, author of The Lynching of Peter Wheeler – publication date 2014. @ The Annapolis Royal Library (in the town hall building)  Sunday, March 17, 2013 @ 2pm Admission is free and all are welcome.
