FITCAMP with Amanda… Improve your health, break a sweat, and have fun!
TUESDAYS 6:30-7:30pm at Oakdene Centre (Bear River) $5 per class. Bring a yoga mat, indoor sneakers, water bottle, and a friend!
FITCAMP is a bootcamp style workout that includes:
– total body cardio and core conditioning
– circuit, interval, and strength training
– posture, stretching, and flexibility

FITCAMP is designed for women of all ages (14+) and for all fitness levels*. There are low and high impact options so that you get a safe and effective workout based on your current fitness level. * If you are new to exercise, you should consult your doctor before starting an exercise program.
