A weekend of talks and sitting meditation led by Ajahn Kusalo, senior monk in the Thai Forest Tradition of Theravada Buddhism from the Tisarana Buddhist Monastery in Perth, Ontario.

Where: Annapolis Shambhala Centre, 21 St.Anthony Street, Annapolis Royal (Save                   Easy Plaza – above Port Royal Animal Hospital)

When: Friday, Sept. 30th 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Sitting Meditation and talk.
               Saturday Oct. 1st 9:00 am – 2:00 pm. Meditation, talk and potluck.

Ajahn Kusalo was born in New Zealand and ordained as a monk in 1992. He has lived at monasteries in New Zealand, England and Canada, where he is now co-abbot of Tisarana Buddhist Monastery in Perth, Ontario.

The weekend will include instruction in meditation, sitting, some chanting and devotional practice, and a pot-luck meal in the traditional shared offering to monastics.

Donations: in keeping with ancient Buddhist tradition, the teachings and meditation instructions are free. The monk and monastery are supported by your donations.
