Your Input Needed for the Nova Scotia Organic Strategic Plan
Three meetings are being held to collect input and ideas to form a draft of the Nova Scotia organic sector strategic plan. The strategic plan will identify both the opportunities and issues for the growth of the sector and establish organic production as a viable growing sector of the province’s agriculture.
Your input is needed – this is your chance to share thoughts and ideas on the future of the organic sector in Nova Scotia (ie. prioritize certification fee assistance, provincial organic regulation, training/mentorship etc.). Please attend one of the following sessions (it really is important–NB did this last year and already much has been accomplished in their plan).
Light lunch will be provided.
