Make your pelvic health a priority! Spend 10 weeks diving in to specialized education and movement training – all focused on the pelvic floor.

You‘ll learn:
- anatomy and function
- core support in both posture and movement
- techniques to address incontinence, prolapse and pelvic pain
As we move through the course, you’ll improve core engagement during lifting, laughing, coughing, and movements that bring impact. You will learn correct breathing, posture, and exercises to address pelvic floor dysfunctions often experienced after pregnancy and during menopause.
Improving bladder control, core stability, and pelvic health is crucial to well function body. ![]()
Bring yoga supplies (mat, blanket, blocks and strap) if you have them – there are extras available as needed.
This is a course that builds and progresses you through 10 weeks. If you miss a classes here or there – we’ll certainly catch you up – all is not lost! That being said, it is not a drop-in class. Full course registration is required.
