The second floor of The Rebekah (1886 Clementsvale Rd Bear River) will be available for rent as of Fall 2026.
This approximately 2,500 square foot space includes a 40 x 45 hall, commercial kitchen, office space, storage, and a generous entrance area. It has supported years of productive and creative work, and we would love to see it continue to serve the community in a meaningful way.
We are seeking expressions of interest from individuals or organizations with a clear vision and strong administrative capacity to steward the space long term. It may suit educational programming, wellness or retreat use, arts and cultural initiatives, professional training, or another community focused enterprise looking for a permanent home.
Because the building is wood framed and shared with other businesses, reasonably quiet daytime use is important, with flexibility for evening and weekend programming.
