Helen Opie’s ‘Calendar for Busy and Creative People’ will be available soon, hopefully by Dec 20.

Pickup will be at The Red Onion Market in Annapolis Royal, or by appt at my house near Bear River.
There will also be some extra calendars available “at the door (counter)” of the Red Onion for the curious, the uninitiated, impulsive, or for those not in the Facebook world.
I will not be printing as many as Mum did, since she enjoyed going out and about to sell them herself. Your advance notice will help me decide how many to print, and to ensure you get yours.
I would like to give a big plug for this daytimer. I have relied on Helen’s calendar since 2010 in order to organize my time in the studio, in the garden, and in life. I would be lost without them.
Each week is spread out on a double page leaving lots of space for writing. It opens flat due to the spiral binding. There are plenty of blank pages included for long term planning, phone numbers, notes etc. And Helen’s beautiful paintings and drawings are, as always, featured in the calendar. It’s been a years-long collaborative project with daughter Jenny Milligan.
I miss Helen who departed this world a year ago. Through this daytimer she continues to help me shape my days, weeks and years and maybe her calendar can do the same for you!
