Flora Doehler: Paintings Here, There, Everywhere, Nov, 2022

This is a perfect month to view Flora’s paintings in 4 different locations in Annapolis Royal and Bear River.
This post contains links to the individual works.

Starting in Annapolis Royal, Flora’s paintings are on display in the lobby of the King’s Theatre.

Coming up in Annapolis Royal is an exciting show and wistful farewell to the Lucky Rabbit house. If you love painting, this is a rare chance to see the work of many of the best painters in Nova Scotia under one roof. They and Flora join house artists Deb Kuzyk, Janel Warmington, and Marianne Brown.

Closer to home at Bear River Artworks Gallery Flora is one of 6 house artists who show their work in a gorgeous Victorian home on the main street from May to November. Crystal Pyne, Gary Fraser, Kelli Janson, Larry Knox and Laurel Strachan also have their work on display.
As the year comes to a close, the open days in November are Sat and Sun from 10-4 or by appointment.

The Flight of Fancy, Bear River’s oldest and largest gallery of visual art and fine craft was the first gallery to show Flora’s work among creations from over 200 artists. It’s 2 floors of gorgeous, handmade treasures.
