Yoga with Julie Palmer starts Mon. Sep. 30th in Granville Ferry Hall. 10-week session for $110 or $15 drop-in. Learn techniques in breathing, stretching, strengthening, relaxation & meditation. Mondays 5:30 pm is yin yoga (long held stretches mostly on floor, no standing), Wednesday 10 am Hatha Slow Flow possibly with sun salute, Fridays 10 am Chair Yoga.
