Friday July 19, 2019: Tall Sips on Stilts. A Pass the Hat / Pay what you Can night of Comedy and The Blues — with Comedienne Shelley Marshall and Kim Doolittle Singer/Songwriter/Musican. Shelley: “My first stand up night in Nova Scotia! Where ? Bear River of course. I’m absolutely thrilled to be sharing the stage with my touring friend who’s gonna sing and play us the blues. I’m doing a pass the hat night and all of the money will go to feeding Our Farmacy. Absolutely thrilled to be invited to Tall Sips on Stilts for what will be a very special evening for me. Please feel free to share! 19+ I have a bit of a “fowl” mouth and when the feathers fly out, it can be offensive to a few. Fair warning!” 7pm doors open/ 8:30 showtime.

Saturday July 20, 2019: Annual Cherry Carnival. Pancake and Sausage Breakfast, Parade, Greased Pole, Canoe Races, Roast Beef Supper, Duck Race, Fireworks at Dusk. (see poster with times below)

Tall Sips on Stilts: The 7th official show on Chad McCoy’s Packin’ Light Tour, which has him biking 750km around Southwestern Nova Scotia, dragging a trailer full of musical instruments, and playing shows along the way! 7pm – 9 pm

Sunday July 21, 2019: Bear River Bazaar – vendors, food, yard sale and live music at the waterfront. 11- 3pm.
