Non-Violent Crisis Intervention

Almost everyone has times when we encounter someone experiencing a mental health ‘crisis’.
These can seem big or small; be routine or unexpected, they can arise slowly or suddenly explode…..but they can happen anywhere that people interact.

This course can provide skills to effectively manage and prevent difficult behaviour

  • in your workplace
  • in volunteer work
  • as a caregiver
  • as an educator
  • in your family
  • in your community

It is being offered free of charge to anyone who might wish to learn, improve, or refresh skills.
