Qi Gong (pronounced “Chee Gong”) is a gentle form of exercise which integrates mindfulness, movement and breath work for the cultivation of health. It originates in China and includes many different forms. Qi Gong is mostly practiced in a standing position (as well as a chair position). The benefits of Qi Gong often include: increased circulation, increased immunity, pain management and/or relief, clarity of mind, relaxation and increased energy.

This intensive 5 organ healing workshop is a combination of meditation and movement which focusses on healing the five main organs of Chinese Medicine: Heart, Spleen/Pancreas, Lungs, Kidney, and Liver. When we heal the organs we heal all of their respective physical, mental and emotional correspondences.
