The Bear River Board of Trade is happy to collaborate with the Transport de Clare Society who will start a weekly shuttle bus service between Bear River (Digby side) and Digby. This is a first step for Bear River to have public transportation.

Provided by the Transport de Clare Society. 

For only $10.00 we are offering a door to door transportation service.

Every Friday starting July 8

Round trip service leaving Bear River at 9 am for Digby and returning to Bear River at 1 pm. The transportation will be for banking, visiting, shopping, errands and appointments.

Reservations are required. Please call 769 – 2477 Mon. to Fri.

While this service is currently only available for pickups on the Digby County side, the Bear River Board of Trade is entering discussions with a transportation society for the Annapolis side of the village. We will keep you posted!
