Bring water to drink, favorite music CDs, your dancing spirit and any instruments you want to play or share.

Wear loose comfortable clothes, bring scarves and flowing things if you wish.

This event is for anyone who would like to have a space to move, dance and play music in a way that expresses your unique self and how you are feeling in the moment and in community with others. It is open to any age and gender. We will have a brief opening and closing circle (start and end) to acknowledge the whole group. This will be followed by dancing/moving to music on a CD.We will then open things up for people to play their instruments, move to them and play other CDs that are available.

We would like the process of the event to evolve so suggestions are welcome!
Come and explore how your body wants to move and have fun at the same time.
