Juno and Polaris prize nominated Brian Borcherdt, founder of noisy dance experiment Holy Fuck, embarked on an entirely new path in 2012 with the release of his debut Dusted album, Total Dust, on Polyvinyl. The transition between these two projects was described as the comedown to the wild night before.
After moving back to Nova Scotia to focus on family, Borcherdt has rekindled Dusted with a soon-to-be-released album (featuring Julie Doiron and Alex Edkins of Metz among others), and a minimal yet captivating live show.
