Wendy Goudie: Can I Do Yoga? YES you can!!
Muddy Duck Yoga is all about bodies with challenges! The impacts provided through yoga have been:
- As a vendor for ICBC, I specialize in whiplash and motor vehicle accident rehab
- Since 2005, I have been providing training and certifying staff at Long Term care facilities throughout BC to provide Chair Yoga to residents
- In 2003 I developed the Heart Smart Yoga program, for Interior Health as part of their Cardiac Rehab Program
- Our BC yoga program was regularly used to prepare and recover for/from knee, hip and shoulder replacements
If you have a body challenge, an unassuming yoga just may be your agent of change!
Muddy Duck will be offering classes all summer starting July 8th.

Drop in $12 or monthly unlimited pass is $100.
