It’s always a thrill to see the creativity of Isao Sanami/Morrill.
From now until Oct 15, her show “Time Leads Me To…” is on display at Sissiboo Coffee Bar Bear River.
From mid-Oct until Nov 30th it will be on display at Sissiboo Coffee Bar Annapolis Royal.

Artist statement:

I’ve shifted away from graphite and charcoal to a limited 5 color watercolor palette, and the subtle colors of soft pastel on paper. Although current works use oil pastels and oilbars on masonite, I’ve kept to the same lines and marks, with colors.

A knowing of belonging in nature, an appreciating of being, with my hands and mind.

It’s the same as potting without a vision.
