The Journey of Journaling

Writing in a journal is a transformation practice. It is a record of significant events in your life. It organizes your thoughts. It gives you a big picture view of your life. It uncovers dreams, wishes, fears, talents, skills, patterns and beliefs. It helps you to process difficult emotions and situations. Journaling allows you to go deep within yourself to live a better life.
These workshops are stand alone events. Attend one or attend all three. Everyone is welcome. All you need is an open mind, something to write with and something to write on.
Anna and Nicole collectively share 25+ years of journaling experience. They will share their experiences with you. They will cover the benefits of journaling, tips and tricks, different journaling methods and resources.
